Gerald has over 35 years sales, marketing and commercial negotiation experience. His principal educational qualification is the completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Western Australia, and he has lived in Perth, Sydney and Canada. Prior to embarking on a career in Real Estate he has worked in State Government Departments (Corporate Affairs and W.A.Tourism), Financial Sector trading system and information sales (A.A.P. Reuters and A.P.Dow-Jones Telerate), Public Broadcasting and Executive Recruitment (Drake Consulting). Over this time he has gained a great deal of experience in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Promotion and Advertising. For the last twenty five years he has worked as a Real Estate Sales Consultant, specialising in the Mosman Park area. In this time he has acquired considerable expertise in the areas of Residential Sales, Residential Subdivisions, Strata Titles, Commercial Sales, Leasing and many other areas of Real Estate.
Gerald has lived in Mosman Park for over thirty years and knows it well! He is an active participant in many sports and an active member of the community. He was a founding member and inaugural President of the Bay View Saints Masters swimming club, and is a long standing member of the Fremantle Football Club, as well as the Fremantle Sailing Club. He is married with three children, all of whom attended local schools. He can offer his clients an ideal blend of enthusiasm and experience, along with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
